Start by removing the front portion of the liner before working your way towards the back a. There are (3) pressure clips on the along the front portion of the shell b. Pulling straight down on the liner at the point at which the liner enters the space between the EPS and shell will release the (3) clips 2. Move to middle of shell and pull straight down on the liner at the point at which the liner enters the space between the EPS and shell 3. Again at the rear of the shell, pull straight down on the liner at the point at which the liner enters the space between the EPS and shell INSTALLATION 1. Starting at the front, insert the liner until the (3) clips are firmly in place 2. Working towards the rear, insert the two friction clips at the mid-point of the helmet 3. Continue to the rear of the helmet and insert the remaining rear friction clip

Motorcycle Half Helmet Prep


This airbrush video covers the preparation of a motorcycle half helmet before airbrushing. What I used in this airbrush video: red Scotch brite pad, Comet house hold cleaner, 800 grit wet/dry sand paper, 1/8 th inch fine line tape, 3M masking tape, helmet stand.
